Texaa® maintains and develops its expertise in three particular fields:
- Design and manufacture of flame retardant fabrics engineered for sound treatment
- Design and manufacture of acoustic products and objects combining the fabrics with flame retardant foams, by glueing, sewing, stitching, upholstering
- Stringent determination of product performance, particularly with respect to durability, fire safety, acoustic benefits.
Manufacturing comprises 2 main steps that are carried out according to various constraints related to machines, materials and international standards:
